Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds for Online Programs

All digital programs, courses, and trainings are non-refundable. Once you have joined and logged into the course, you will not receive a refund for any reason.

Once a course is joined, lifetime access will be granted (unless otherwise noted). However, registrants may be removed from a course at any time if policies have been abused.

Refunds for Retreats

All retreat sales are final. Please email selflovelexy@gmail.com if you have any questions regarding retreat details.

If retreat training recordings are included, lifetime access will be granted. However, registrants may be removed at any time if policies have been abused.

Refunds for Coaching

At the scheduled appointment time, the Client agrees to join the Google Meet call and begin the session. Both Coach and Client commit to starting and finishing each session on time.

If the Client is more than 10 minutes late for a coaching session, the Coach will assume the session is canceled, and the Client will receive a refund of 50% of their session fee.

Cancellations & Reschedules

All coaching sessions must be rescheduled or canceled at least 12 hours prior to the appointment.

• If the session is canceled or not rescheduled 12 hours prior, the Client will receive a 50% refund and must book a new session.

• Monthly package cancellations will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
